  • Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must not show signs of damage caused by misuse or handling by the customer.

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

  • The return request is made after the specified return period.
