Enter shipping details and complete secure payment

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Areas: 5–7 business days
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
✅ Eligible for Return:
Items must be completely unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Footwear must be in its original packaging/box with all tags intact.
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
Used, soiled, altered, or damaged footwear.
Items returned without original brand boxes/packaging.
🔄 Exchange Requests
Exchanges are available for size issues, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must meet all return eligibility conditions.

💸 Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and inspection at our warehouse.
Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RoyalSole reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
📝 How to Initiate a Return
Email Royalsolecare@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product/box.
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours. Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided.
