  • Select your size

  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout

  • Enter shipping details and complete secure payment

  • Receive order confirmation via email or SMS

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Items must be completely unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Footwear must be in its original packaging/box with all tags intact.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used, soiled, altered, or damaged footwear.

  • Items returned without original brand boxes/packaging.

🔄 Exchange Requests

  • Exchanges are available for size issues, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must meet all return eligibility conditions.

  • 📧 To request an exchange, email Royalsolecare@gmail.com with your Order ID, product details, and the required size.

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and inspection at our warehouse.

  • Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • RoyalSole reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.

📝 How to Initiate a Return

  • Email Royalsolecare@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product/box.

  • Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours. Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided.
